(Newser) – Orgasms are nice—so nice that, for women at least, they kinda make you invincible. Neuroscientists studied women pleasuring themselves while in MRI body scanners, to see what happens inside the brain during orgasm. They found that 30 different parts of the brain light up with pleasure so strong that the nervous system begins to shut down—making it more difficult for a woman to feel pain, the Sun reports.

Exclusive Q&A with Dina Bonnevie

Exclusive Q&A with Dina Bonnevie
INTERVIEW BY: ROMMEL LLANES
March 20, 2010

Before all the cougars came clawing in, and before all them MILFs, there was miss Dina Bonnevie. Looking arresting in her December 2001 cover appearance, our dear miss D certainly made her point, made men look twice, made women feel empowered, too.
She then posed for the cover of the 2002 Girls of FHM special, and then from 95, shot up to number 12 in the 2002 FHM 100 Sexiest List Women of the World. Look for that issue and the nothingness that you will encounter will only prove what we've always felt: miss Dina is a goddess.

When I Grow Up

From the Philippine Daily Inquirer
By Gilda Cordero-Fernando

http://lifestyle.inquirer.net/relationships/relationships/view/20100912-291732/When-I-grow-up

It is following your heart rather than your guilt
I WANT to be like you when I grow up.” -Cheche Lazaro to Jetro Rafael, 30-year-old chef-patron of Van Gogh and a bi-polar who cured himself.

Recently, in one of those titillating surveys that lifestyle pages like to conduct, some older women were asked if they would agree to dating much younger men.

More On Boudoir Portraiture

In the recent post about Boudoir Photography, Pinay Cougar preferred the lens of the late Toch Arellano for such a project.  Having scoured the blogosphere for a photographer to take on the task, methinks that there's a hands-down winner.  Her name is Leah A. Valle.  She is also known as the 13thwitch.

One just has to view her portfolio to see that this photographer from Davao would do well to immortalize those bedroom poses of Pinay Cougars.

All praises for the 13thwitch, Leah Valle!  The only setback now is that her studio is in Davao.  Oh well, might as well sched a trip to Davao one of these days.

Interested in Modeling? It’s Not Too Late!

Last 2009, a 51-year-old model set the fashion scene buzzing on twitter.  According to news reports, ex- Chanel model, Ines de la Fressa, “stole the show” at the the Spring 2009 Gaultier show.

The lights are finally coming on as the fashion industry is beginning to turn its head to the “real” women who have the purchasing power for all these products being rolled out.  After all, it's us who do most of the buying.

Lately new modeling agencies are popping up that specialize in “older” models.  With this, there is still a chance to fulfill your lost dream of modeling!

Many older women are serving as an inspiration for women who want to start their career in modeling, but think it may be too late. We are always excited to see real women, as opposed to super tall, super skinny, teenage string beans modeling clothes meant for the masses.  The beauty industry seems to be starting to embrace mature models, as evidenced by the new TV reality show She’s Got The Look, which features women over 35 attempting to break into the fashion world a la America’s Next Top Model.  The New York Times also made this feature :

We encourage any woman with a dream to go after it! We searched the web for and spotted this 40+ model mom who looks gorgeous in a pose which easily reminds us of Dawn Zulueta.  Ladies, meet Melanie Velez Trani. Ain't she fabulous?!
